13 October 2017The green sauce is a typical Piedmont sauce that goes very well with some of our traditional dishes, especially boiled beef and sliced tongue. We also serve it with our fresh cows cheese.
Ingredients:
- 50g parsley leaves
- 20g anchovies
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 spoon of spicy ketchup
- 4 spoons of olive oil
Preparation:
- chop the parsley finely with a half moon slicer and place it in a bowl
- chop the anchovies and crushed garlic
- Add them to the parsley
- Mix in the ketchup and olive oil
