TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION

The completion and sending of the “Booking” form on the rifugiosalvin.it website constitutes a “Booking Request” which is not binding for the Refuge, in particular the latter, for various reasons, may not be able to accept the booking.

The manager of the mountain hut will personally check the correctness of the information and the deposit received and the acceptability of the booking; the positive outcome of these checks will be followed by the sending of the booking confirmation by e-mail with a summary of the booking.
In the unfortunate case of refusal of the booking, the manager will promptly contact the client to agree on a modification of the booking or possibly the return of the deposit (“Rejection of booking”). The processing of the ‘Booking confirmation’ or ‘Rejection of booking’ requires a delay of 24-48 hours after receipt of the deposit, which is purely indicative and not binding.
In the case of “Booking confirmation”, the deposit paid by the customer is binding on the booking date indicated and the number of places booked; the deposit will be refundable only in the event of cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
The manager is available, only in the case of at least 15 days’ notice of arrival and in any case at its own discretion, to evaluate the possibility of changing the agreed booking date and/or the number of participants.
Reservations are valid, unless otherwise agreed, until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival; any need to change this time must be communicated promptly, and will be considered accepted only after explicit confirmation.
